Terms and Conditions

1. Overview By registering for the retreat hosted by Yoga by Kierstie Payge & Brittany Bamrick (the "Retreat"), you (the "Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, well-being, and mutual understanding of all parties involved.

2. Waiver of Liability The Participant acknowledges that participation in yoga, fitness activities, and other Retreat events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury or death. By attending the Retreat, the Participant assumes all risks associated with these activities. Yoga by Kierstie Payge & Brittany Bamrick, its employees, contractors, and agents, shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the Retreat.

3. Non-Refundable Deposit To secure a spot for the Retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $550 is required at the time of registration. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the Participant.

4. Payment Schedule Participants may choose to pay the total Retreat cost in full or adhere to the scheduled payment plan outlined below:

• First Payment: Due on or before February 20th, 2026
• Final Payment: Due on or before May 20th, 2026

All payments must be completed no later than 60 days prior to the Retreat start date. Failure to meet the payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of the Participant’s spot in the Retreat and any payments already made.

5. Refund Policy

• Payments made up to 60 days prior to the Retreat start date are refundable, excluding the $550 non-refundable deposit.
• No refunds will be available for any payments made after the 60-day mark leading up to the Retreat start date.

6. Cancellation by the Participant In the event that the Participant is unable to attend the Retreat, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of the Retreat start date. Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

7. Cancellation by Yoga by Kierstie Payge & Mike Moore If the Retreat is canceled by Kierstie Payge Yoga & Mike due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, health emergencies, or insufficient enrollment, all payments made by the Participant will be refunded in full, including the deposit. Kierstie Payge Yoga & Mike Moore shall not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the Participant, such as travel expenses.

8. Participant Responsibilities Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate in yoga and fitness activities. Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions to Kierstie Payge Yoga & Brittany Bamrick before the Retreat.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

By registering for the Retreat, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
